I'm personally a Bulbasaur fan. I just think it's the best starter of that generation. *Shrugs*

I honestly like all 3 of them. I don't really have a favorite. But I'll choose Charmander, since it was the first Pokemon I ever got on my very first Pokemon game.

My favorite starter from 1st gen is Charmander because it's just awesome and my voice of him is awesome. (According to FireTypeGlaceon and Cult. xD)

I would have to say Charmander. I don't like using water as a starter and bulbasuar is doesn't have the best moves.
